Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll get an email once your order ships.

Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999; a flat shipping charge applies below that, shown at checkout before you pay.

Once dispatched, you can track your order from My Account, or via the tracking link sent to your email.

Occasionally, weather, courier disruptions or high-demand periods (like a new drop) can delay delivery beyond the usual window. We'll keep you updated if that happens.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. incorrect address, or delivery not accepted after multiple attempts), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping — additional shipping charges may apply.
