These terms govern your use of the Viyom website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or browsing this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the site.

We try to display product colours, sizing and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur due to screen settings or manufacturing. Prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is what applies to your order.

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed (via Razorpay) or, for Cash on Delivery orders, once the order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

All content on this site — including the Viyom name, logo, designs, product photography and site content — is the property of Viyom and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

Viyom is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this site or our products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under applicable Indian law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
